Our Lapsang Souchong comes from a tea farmer whose family has been making Lapsang Souchong for centuries and is well known and respected in China.

A very distinctive tea, the Lapsang leaves are traditionally smoke dried over pine wood fires to give it a unique smoky taste. The first few infusions of this tea give a light smoky aroma and a taste which changes into a sweeter more mellow taste with more infusions.

Our tea is sold in multiple packs of 50g.

Fantastic leaf pickings - no dust or broken leaf. Very light smoke that allows the sweet, malty tea to shine through. Taste: Honeycomb biscuits, malted barley, candied fruit

Guy, London 03 December 2020

A fine tasting tea though not quite as smokey as I had expected.

Andrew, Nairn 21 September 2019

A more delicate subtle smoky flavour than the rather "in your face" commercial brands. This allows the flavour of the leaf itself to come through. Extremely pleasant sipping.

This is lovely tea.

The Lapsong Souchong was delicious, smoky taste and aroma, evocative of sitting round the camp fire. Thank You
